Paytm — Recharge Different Plan

Address:Faridabad, Haryana

Its (paytm) worst online recharge service provider. Today I have recharged my BSNL No [protected] with Rs 135 for 350 Local/STD mines. But its second time paytm recharged full talk time tariff. paytm clearly show the all plans but they recharged different plans. Please suggest how I can get refund.
