[Resolved]  Paytm — Recharge nor done and money debited from account

Hi Sir I did a recharge of 120 and 90 with order id's,[protected] and 30341381 respectively on 23rd October.Money is debited from my account but they haven't recharged still now and when I mail them about the problem they reply saying "There was a technical problem at our end it has been resolved please check and write to us if still there is any problem".This happened for 4 times till now from 2 days. I am facing a huge problem with mney and these guys are playing with me. please help me in getting my money back
