Paytm — Recharge of rs150 not done by PayTM | |||
Dear Paytm Team, I have raised 3 complaint tickets on your website against order number #[protected] . Ticket #[protected] Ticket #[protected] Ticket #[protected] You are not resolving the actual problem just copy/pasting the response. See Your response all 3 times: "We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. Your recharge should have been successfully delivered by now. In case it has not been delivered, the amount would have been transferred to your Paytm account and available for immediate reuse." Still I didn't get neither recharge nor balance on PayTM account. Your team is just replying same response every time, like they are illiterate people and replying the same response. Kindly refund my money or recharge the mobile.
