I recharged my mobile online on 1/10/15 8:31 PM. It was unsuccessful and the company claimed that money would be refunded in 24 hours. When I did not receive the money in given time, I complained again on 2/10/15 9:01 PM. I received a mail from their side that they are looking into the matter and would surely be refunded my money within 24 hours ( I received this mail on 3/10/15 9:31 AM, Ticket #[protected]. It has been 69 hours now and I still have not received my refund.
This is not only delay in service but also fooling your customer.
