[Resolved] Paytm — recharge shown as processing since 2 days. | |||
Order #[protected] Transaction id - [protected] I did this recharge on 10th november at 8.13 pm and the status is still showing as processing. I've sent a million cancelation messages to help and support which has all gone unnoticed because i can't find the cancel option below my order. I've also tried to call your customer care which is of no help. You keep us waiting for 10 15 mins and then you say that this is a recharge related query so i'll have to call on another number then when i call on that number i can't find any option related to recharges. I # need a cash back and would like to cancel this transaction. This was the first time i was using paytm and this is what i'm experiencing. Worst experience ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
