[Resolved]  Paytm — Recharge Shows Successfull But Not Received By Service Provider

Order Number: RCtkt Ticket #[protected] This month I paid bill of my Airtel postpaid number - [protected] by Paytm in following denominations Rs. 30, 30, 30, 30, 30, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 150. From which two payment of 30, 30 shows failed. Total payment goes from my paytm cash is Rs. 490 and shows (your order is successful) but payment received for my Airtel number as on 24th Oct is Rs.190 only! Payment of Rs 300 is still not received to service provider. I have cross checked but they said we have received only following denominations Rs. 30, 30, 30, 50, 50. It's been more than 4 days 96 hours and still no action has been taken. Where is the payment of Rs 300 ? It is still not received by service provider neither get refunded in my Paytm wallet. Now the issue is late payment charge. As last due date of my Airtel bill was 24th Oct 2014 which I had paid on 23rd via Paytm and it was showing successful as well. But payment was not received because of technical problem at your end. Even I still haven't received any further payment for number [protected] via Paytm. And now I have to pay bill with late payment of Rs. 100 (Extra) because of technical issue from your side. Please find the attachment of snapshot of bill for the same. It would be appreciable if I got refund with this late payment of Rs 100 as well in my Paytm Cash. For proof kindly find the attachments snapshot of bill and paytm confirm recharge snapshot which is not yet received by service provider!

Why paytm is doing this kind o[censored]nresponsive behaviour with clients! If it's not get resolve i would like to paste a copy of this complaint on other 100 blog pages within next 2 days.
