I tried to recharge my two BSLN numbers. It was showing successful but I didn't received the balance for both the transactions. The order ids for both the transactions are[protected] and[protected]. I was waiting up to the next day but balance not credited. I also send a request to the customer care and they replied that due to some technical issue this was happened and now the balance has been credited to your paytm account for immediate use but they did not do anything.
Next day i again send another request but they copy and pasted the same content in reply. I am very much frustrated with such type of customer service. I am an IT person and this is critical bug in this application. They should look into the same so that customer should not be lost his money when recharge their mobile from paytm site.
I also called on their customer care number but it was IVR call and they just record your complaint and noting else. Nobody is their to entertain you and also this is not the automated process. Last but not the least their customer care executive mark the request as resolved and closed. They don't bother about their customer. It is very painful. Please look into the same.
