Paytm — Refund against Bus Tickets

Hi This Is Anurag. I booked bus tickets (Order no:[protected] from Chennai to Bangalore dated 10th April 2015. I got a call from Bus Service that the bus has been cancelled. When I dropped a complain asking for the full refund, I got a response from some Jaypal on 7th April 2015 saying that they are checking with the Bus operators and they will be intimating us within 72 hours. Its already 15th April 2015, still havent got any response from Paytm neither have got the refund.
