Paytm — Refund against ticket dispute not credited by PayTM

I had booked Bus tickets through PayTM from Madgaon-Goa to Pune but the Bus got cancelled due to unknown reason by the travel company. The travel office executive told that money will be refunded in 5-6 working days but still money is not credited in my account. Now the PayTm team is not responding on my mails.
