I have booked a bus ticket on 8th May 2015 for the route of Rajkot to Ahmedabad at 8.42AM. But in afternoon I got call from bus operator that the bus is got cancelled. So I request you for the refund of money. Please do the needful.
My ticket details are as below
FROM - rajkot
TO - ahmedabad
DATE OF JOURNEY[protected]
PAYTM TICKET ID - OB4OJH
TICKET PNR [protected]
PASSENGER NAME - Umesh
Bus Operator - SS Travels--( KARNAVATI )
I have already files a complaint on [protected]@paytm.com on 11th May 2015. My paytm complain ticket id is Ticket #[protected]. It was told me that they will give respond withing 72 hours. But its now 9 days and they have not given a single positive reply.
