Paytm — Refund for returned product not received | |||||
On 8th Nov 2015, I received my order from paytm which contained a Levi's jeans(Invoice No-84454/[protected]. As the jeans was a duplicate one, I contacted Paytm to return it and they accepted the task. On 14th Nov 2015, the courier boy from Chance Logistics(Tracking No- [protected]) arrived to collect the product, but he didn't knew my address, so I got suspicious and tried to contact Paytm customer care. But after 12 hrs(& still now), I didn't received a reply and the courier boy had arrived. So I asked him to give me the return slip, but he said he doesn't have the slip and said that it would be mailed to my id, and showed his ID card(Name- Suvendu, Mob- [protected]) of the logistics. I have complained about the entire incident to Paytm Care several times(5-6 times), but after 48 hrs, there is no reply from their end. Its clear now that they have a role in this fraud. So I demand my entire refund in my bank A/c as soon as possible, or else I will go legal about such activity. Was this information helpful? | |||||
