Paytm — Refund not added to my wallet after 26 days of reverse pickup | |||||
I placed an order for Jolla jolly footwear, size 6, on 16th Sept, 2015. through order No. [protected] for Rs 419/= in the name of Pawan Chakrapani. Received the pair on 21st Sept but not the size I had ordered, hence requested a reverse pickup on 22nd Sept as the footwear did not fit me. I received a call from Paytm twice asking me If I had changed my mind and wanted to retain the article. I told them that I wanted to return the said article.On !8th Oct I received a ail from Paytm that my return request was rejected reason being my address could not be located and My phone was not reachable.I spoke to paytm team and asked the to send for reverse pickup. On 20th Oct the article was picked up through JV Express courier company and till date the refund amount of around Rs 160/= has not been added to my wallet.I have written over 55 mails and called up paytm care 25 times but they have a standard answer, "Sorry for inconvenience caused, wait for 24/48 hrs and our concerned department will resolve your issue".I've sent the copy of the return receipt to paytm thrice and still when I write a mail they ask me to send them a copy of reverse pickup.The customer care executive does'nt transfer the phone to a responsible superior nor does he/she give a satisfactory answer. I have spent ore money on my phone bill than the refund due.I am frustrated of daily communicating with paytm and wasting my time.Please help me get my money back.Thanx n bye Was this information helpful? | |||||
