Paytm — Refund not done after returning defective product | |||||
Hi, This is Subrahmanyam Nandipati I bought Cosmic Flash -Black And Red 21 Speed Mtb Bicycle (Cost:13700/-)on 21-August-2015.They have delivered the product on 27-August-2015.They have delivered wrong color also the front wheel is not fitting properly in it hub.I have raised a return request and returned the product on 05-September-2015 through Gati Logistics which was arranged by Paytm. It is more than a month but still they Paytm not initiated refund. I have called many times and sent many email, always they are saying once the product reach back to the merchant amount will get refunded to my account. This is my second worst experience with Paytm.
