Paytm — refund not get in credit card

Hello Sir, I have ordered Sunflame gas stove (Black) order no placing Order # <[protected] > with Paytm But i received faulty product and placed request for return, after reverse pick up done still there is no confirmation about my cash back from PAYTM . As i paid to paytm from my credit card and my due date is15 April so Paytm has to refund my money as per their policy to return within 7 days stated in there website. Krishna kumar Mob-[protected]
