Paytm — Refund not provided

My order no. is[protected]. I got my bus tickets cancelled on 9/5/2015 via paytm but the amount has not been refunded yet. I got a message stating that it will be credited in my account in 3-10 days. But it has not been credited yet. I mailed to paytm customer care but did not get any response. I request to resolve the problem and credit the money as soon as possible.
