Paytm — Refund not received after sending the defective device more than 7 days - order no[protected]

I received the refund message on 20th Apr'15 for the order no[protected] value of 17480 but till now it was not reflected in the wallet, when will i receive it? please justify, i make the payment on 5th Apr'15 but till now no proper response from your side. Please revert asap.
