Updated by nupurjain93 Hello, This is in reference to a defective iPhone 6 purchased from
Paytm. I had ordered iPhone 6 16GB (Silver) from
Paytm. Order no:[protected]. It has been about 20 days now since I returned the defective iPhone 6 to the vendor and 15 days since I was told by
Paytm that refund would be credited into my account. I have written multiple mails to
paytm but the refund has still not been done in my account. I have requested enough number of times for refund of Rs 51070 in my account as the vendor has already received the defective phone 20 days back. Since last month, I am mentally stressed and have wasted enough of my resources i.e time and money but have still not got the refund in my account. I have also written to Grievance cell and Service head of
Paytm but I have got nothing other than false promises of my complaint getting resolved in 48 hours. Enough number of tickets have been raised for my complaint of refund but
paytm doesn't seem to care a damn about its customers! I am now referring this matter to you as I have given enough time for
Paytm to refund Rs 51070 in my account! Request you to please interfere in the matter and provide justice to the honest and helpless customers. I would be obliged if you provide help for my refund alongwith 1 month interest on Rs 51070 and damages for causing mental agony, stress and wastage of my precious resources i.e. time and money.
