Ordered a sound box in November 2021 and the machine was inefficient and did not work properly. I registered a return and deactivation and sent the box to the office through courier(Rs. 65) details of which i had provided to the company.
But the monthly charges were still being deducted from my account till may 2022 (Rs. 125×5).
I have been trying to contact the customer support but it takes me 8 to 10 minutes to connect with the agent and the whole time is wasted and again repeating the same thing. Every time I make a call they assure me i will get the refund within 10 days but till date i haven't received any.
I am totally done with the customer service of paytm, the worst I have ever seen in 22 years of my life and my father being local businessman who is technically backward and doesn't know how to look into such matters has been struggling with this issue and due to the brevity of time and the cost of time in our lives i cannot invest the beautiful hours of my life in making calls and rantting over the agents, who are telling me that i can call in a day 4 times but still i have to hear from them that there are technical issues.
