Paytm — Refund & Return

I had bought a pair of jeans from paytm. As mentioned on it, it should have been from Koutons or charlie, but what I received didn't look like that. Even the size was not as I had mentioned. the size label was corrected using blue pen. When I requested for return, I received a mail that they cannot pick up, I need to courier it. When I send the mail to care about why should I courier, they apologised and said they will pick up, but nothing happened. Till now I have not received any refund nor I return has been picked up.
