I paid my BSNL Landline bill for amount Rs.792 on the 7th of Feb using PayTM.
But the payment has not been received by BSNL. It took 10 days for PayTM to refund me the money back into PayTM wallet.
So on the 17th of Feb, I transferred that refunded money back to my bank account (Amount Rs.692 as PayTM deducted the cashback amount of Rs.100 that was initially given).
Its been like 16 days by now (Exactly 13 working days) and still I haven't received that money into my bank account. I contacted PayTM numerous times and they did resolve the issue. Now they are asking for my bank statement which am not happy about.
So kindly look into this issue and try to resolve at the earliest.
