Paytm — reg . not refunding my money back against wrong supply of item .

Dear sir, I had booked three items against Paytm order no.[protected] on 07 august 2014. One item that was micro sd memory card 16 GB class 10 was wrongly supplied by their vendor ( i.e class 4 was supplied instead of class 10). I have returned this item to their person on around 18 august 2014. But they are not giving my money back. I am repeatedly reminding them through mail and phone but they are least bother to it . Please help me to find my money back in my bank account I.e Rs 420. Regards Rahul phn. [protected]
