Paytm — Regarding Bus ticket

This is Rajasekhar Yarramsetti. I had booked bus ticket on Last Wednesday(6 th May) at Pune. My Reporting time is 7:30 PM at Jahangeer Hospital. But I did not get that bus driver number. I had waited up to 10:15 PM at Jahangeer Hospital but I did not get that bus.I got bus ticket only.I tried to call somany times to this number [protected].But that mobile number was Switched off.After that I had bought one more ticket from another travels and I traveled from pune to Hyderabad.Even I didnot get any call from that travels.My order ids[protected].Could you please return my money asap. I have sent this mail totally 3 times and you guys are created 2 tickets regarding this. Still i did not get any reply from you. PAYTM IS THE WOREST SITE. I will put this message in all internet websites. Even paytm executivies didnot give the responses to the proper messages. Thanks!! Rajasekhar Y, [protected]
