Paytm — Regarding cancellation of my refund request | |||||
Hello This is regarding the complaint against PAYTM order #[protected]. Please be informed that I had cancelled this order as I received duplicate products. Requested for return and they cancelled the return without prior notice saying they tried to reach me and 15 days have passed and hence cant return back the product Please take action against this seriously as they have neither refunded back my money nor returned back the product from me.
