I have registered my phone number with paytm years back and completed complete EKYC. After certain period I changed my phone (Mobile device or handset). from there when I tried to login to my paytm account using phone number, they have created one new account with same phone number. it was showing that my kyc is not done. i contacted customer care support for creating multiple accounts with same phone number every time you login.
After fighting and stuggling with paytm customer care executives and manager, they have closed the new account and said that they will provide me access to my old account in which my complete KYC is done.
But after closing the new account when i tried to login to my old ( first) account, paytm has created me another new account with same phone number.
like this paytm has been troubling me for merging of two accounts with same phone number and ownership of the account hence proven..
i have been suffering and having trouble to use paytm fullfledge from three months. please provide me some sort of solution Was this information helpful? |
