Paytm — regarding my cashback amount of order no[protected] & refund amount of my cancellation order no[protected]

Hello Just make me clear wether Paytm is using these cash backs and offers only for marketing or it's true, because I didn't get the cash back amount Rs. 9000 in my account wallet for purchased product order no[protected] iPhone 6 64gb done on March 10 and refund of my cancelled order no[protected] for amount Rs. 599. Please give me clear and final update this time because I have been writing lot of mails and calling your customer support since 1week there is no proper response from your side. So please make me wether I will get the offers u gave for purchasing the products or its all fake used such ideas only for marketing and to cheat customers.
