Paytm — regarding payment made but failed to credit that into my account

Hi paytm,

I entered an amount of 27oct17 where i added 170 and total amount added was 420 into my wallet, however when i was paying it gave me showed me to re-logg in and i could not remembered my login however when i re-entered it showed zero balance. I guess this time i was entered through my phone number but generally i entered with my email id. Kindly check the matter. I had also mailed this query to paytm on [protected]@paytm.com. No reply..
This is the first app which has gone heywire with the payment made. The transaction id for that was [protected]. Kindly check into the matter there is a serious techical error which has erupted. Rbi should suspend their licences no proper technical team in place.

karim velani's response 138 is of no usefull they are saying to send email at [protected]@gmail.com at which no one replies at all

Kindly check as amount got debited but pass didnot got renew. Today is last day for pass. Kindly check and revert asap.

Also ur number 138 is never contactable no one answrs ever.
