Paytm — Regarding refund mobile bill

Dear paytm team,

I want to refund, 18th jan 2016 i was bought a micromax canvas nitro 2 mobile from your website after 2 month i have problem in my mobile i went to micomax service center they had checked and summated on 8th april 2016 still it’s not repair they are told me part is not available. I have register the complaint in micromax over the phone complaint no. - mmx[protected], over the email id complaint no. -327033 but no response from anyone. I can’t handle this so please give me refund rs 8560
