Paytm — Regarding Refund Status on my bus ticket cancellation

I have booked bus ticket from Bangalore to guntur and immediately cancelled the ticket. (Order no[protected]. I got Below reply... Cancellation Policy Details:- Refund Percentage Hours before Departure 0% Between 0 Hrs. to 4Hrs. 50% Between 4 Hrs. to 12Hrs. 80% Between 12 Hrs. to 24Hrs. 85% Before 24 Hrs. I hope this helps.
