Paytm — Regarding Refund Status on my bus ticket cancellation

I have booked bus ticket from Bangalore to guntur and immediately cancelled the ticket. (Order no[protected]. I got Below reply... Hi Mahesh, I am Arun and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. As per our record you have cancelled your ticket, but as per the cancellation policy you are not eligible for refund. Cancellation Policy Details:- Refund Percentage Hours before Departure 0% Between 0 Hrs. to 4Hrs. 50% Between 4 Hrs. to 12Hrs. 80% Between 12 Hrs. to 24Hrs. 85% Before 24 Hrs. I hope this helps.
