Paytm — Regarding refund to bank

I have made a transction on 29/04/2016 and transfered mony in the favour of icici bank (paypoint india network pvt ltd). On 2 may it shows payment failed. I have mailed my bank statement several times to paytm, but till date i am wating for the result. In this regard i have mailed to mr.Anand kumar mishra, sarwez alam khan but sme thing is here ...No response. I think paytm has done fraud against me. Uday tomer [protected], [protected]
