Paytm — regarding the refund

Recently I has recharged through podium where it has been said that I can use promo code so that refund will be there and as said I have used it but I have not received refund and also i have raised many tickets regarding this but they are saying that my problem has been solved but i dont know my they are creating a fake response and not yet replying to the customers...this is bull- as they not even replying to the mail
