Paytm — Regards my ticket cancellation

I booked a bus ticket with order id :- [protected] But then i wanted to cancel this ticket but it was showing you cannot cancel it, contact support. I tried to canceling in the given timeline but i am unable to cancel because of paytm’s app glitch. I immediately raised a complaint ticket about trouble in ticket cancellation but they responded late after my cancellation policy expired, then they responded sir your cancellation timeline expired what is fault in this paytm’s executive responds late I completed my all formalities in the given time.
