This is mr. Piyush prajapati a good customer of paytm. With a good offer on paytm on the mobile phone “yu yuniue 4g 8 gb (Black) (Item#[protected])” on 17/02/2015 i bought it, the seller is “the mobile store” the shipment is done on 18/02/2016. With a lot of happiness i opened the cover and switched on the phone to use it but the phone is activated on 21/02/2016, placed the sim card and it has shown network error and entire happiness went into vain. On 24/02/2016, i contacted the “priya mobile” and they said it was a small problem and it will rectified soon and took phone for repairing 0n 25/02/2016. They kept is for one month and returned back on 28/03/2016 with no problem rectification and still i am unable to use it, the following is the job sheet no:w[protected].
Until now nothing was turned up i could not use phone for a month and it became a worst decision trusting the paytm and its vendors for buying the products .
I had informed the problem within seven days of the products received and i am eligible for the free product replacement. So i request you to replace the product and thereby it creates a good impression from a loyal customer towards paytm.
If in case such type of poor services is continued by paytm, yu unique, priyamobile & the mobile store for greater than a week from today i will contact consumer forum and lodge a case against everyone involved.
