Paytm — Request for money refund

HI, i purchased the one lenovo laptop, but they are sending laptop and my purchased laptop both are different, they are telling same laptop, so i returned the my laptop at that time they are told that with in 3-4 days i will refund you, till now i didn't get money. how many times i will get this message from you when i send a email to you i was get same reply from you (Sorry! for the inconvenience caused. We will definitely make sure that we fix the issue of your refund as we have escalated this issue with our concerned team.. We will look into this and get back to you with an update in next 48-72 hrs.) while i try to call on your number it won't connect you and try to raise a compliant on this one that also showing me try after 3 mini later, i was wait from last 10 days form this refund process it's not getting correcting i wont get an amount within the 12 hr, from this time i can put on case PAYTM at Hyderabad, Telangana, in additon to you should have to pay good will also . so immediately refund my amount ASAP...
