Paytm — Return my 20 rupees back or recharge it

Hello Sir, As in the previous complaint I told you about the 20 rupees payment which I have done through net banking which was not proceed and balance was cut from my account... And i told to you to take an action against it... But, still from your side the action was not taken.. And not even you draft a mail about it that what action will you take. Either you recharge the amount of rupees 20 in my number [protected]. Or transfer the amount of rupees 20 in my account.. If, no action will be taken from your side within this day, than I have to an action against you through "Ghrahak Surakhsha". That your company is fraud, doing cheating, etc..
