Paytm — Return request not accepting | |||
I would like to raise a complain regarding my laptop(HP 15-ac044tu) which was delivered to me on August 19, 2015. After switch it on, I came to know that paytm (ASUS Seller) has sent me a defective laptop. There was a hole on the screen from where flash light is coming out. So, on the same day (19August, 2015) I have filled the return request form with pictures. Then someone called me and I explained him everything no he told it's a manufacturing defect. However, after sending 7-8 emails with picture I just got a reply that they will reply me back within 72 hours which already over. Again I send 2 mails and till now no reply from paytm and not even my return request accepted. Please someone help me to resolve the issue. I am not able to contact them via phone also. always phone is showing busy. Paytm have cheated me by sending a defective item and now not accepting my return request and not giving my money back. If they will make any further delay in accepting my return request, I will post all details in social media and also will go to consumer court. Need an acceptable reason nod solution adapt from paytm. Was this information helpful? | |||
