Paytm — Returned Zovi Shirt cash back

Dear Sir, I have returned my ordered Zovi Shirt on 5th Nov 2014 but still waiting for cash back in Paytm Account, More than 12 days has been passed. I have mailed to paytm more than 10 times but they are not taking this seriously. This is my worst experience with Paytm, Attached is the return slip which i got at the time of shirt return.
