Paytm — Reverse pickup was refused by company. | |||
I bought a product nova trimmer from paytm.com. My order no. Is [protected]. I raised a request for reverse pickup as the product is defective on the next day of product delivered. But reverse pickup was not successful till now. Company refused it by saying 'our executive called you and you said you will keep the product'. But there was no any call like this.
