Paytm — Rs. 8175 - Not refunded and very very bad.

Hi, My name is Visakh.P.I have ordered a hard disk twice and have been debited in the bank too. After cancellation of the order and selecting "Refund to bank", i still have not received my money. This is very bad on the part of Paytm.
