I have ordered one samsung frost free 321 lt double door refrigerator rt34m3043s8/hl on 6th august 2017 by paying rs. 30083 through credit card. My order no. Was [protected].
On 8th august i cancelled my order, but the system is showing pending cancellation. Although now more than 8 days has passed but there is nothing done by the company and still there isno refund or confirmation of cancelled order. Writing everyday but weithout no result

Paytm Mobile Solutions — order cancelled on 8th august but still no refund after 10 days 1 Review Ng nglt15 on Aug 18, 2017 Mark as Resolved I Neelesh Gulati from Rajouri Garden, New Delhi have ordered one Samsung 321L frost free refrigerator vide order No. 3629477413 by paying Rs. 30083 through credit card on 6th August 17. On 8th due to some reasons I cancelled my order on 8th August 17 but my cancellation request was PENDING. Now after 10 days passed and the order cancellation is still pending. It seems that company is not interested in returning my money back. How it is possible that cancellation request is pending for more than 10 days.
