I Kamal Nayan wanted to say that I ordered two Samsung class 10 memory cards worth Rs 888 order no [protected] item no [protected] with online payment mode but when I received my order it was packed very nicely but there was only one memory card present in it. I complaint about it immediately on PAYTM call center there they told me to file complaint and upload the faulty image but it was unable to upload the image. I called the customer support no. which was also not working. So I filed a written complaint via speed post regd. no. ARD[protected]IN to the head office two months ago but there is no response from your side. Now I have paid for two memory cards but have just got one memory card. this is clearly cheating with the costumer and hence I want my product to be back otherwise unwillingly I have to knock the doors of costumer court. thank you, Yours faithfully Smt.
