I placed an order of lengloy green shoulder bag with paytm having order no [protected]. The product reached me on 22/7/2016, however the product was different from what was shown in the image and the scarf was missing. I placed a request for the return of the product instantly and sent the images of product and invoice to customer care. It's been 5 days since i placed the return request but they are not willing to process the request. I have not receiver any information about the pick up or anything. I have sent almost 25 emails to them and called them twice but now they have stopped responding. Just take back your product and refund my money.
