Paytm — Shoe rack returned but not received cashback | |||||
Hi, I have ordered a Shooe Reck from PayTm and when I received material, I founds its tempered and place request for return. PayTm arranges a Return Pick Up from Gati Courier which they pickup on 6th Oct 2015. I did follow up with Gati as well as PayTm regarding this, but they both doesn't have any status. Gati's Docket Number showing as Invalid where PayTm every day send me a mail and ask for 24hrs for giving clarification. This is now frustrating as its worst to shop with PayTm now due to such slow response from PayTm. They use same mail template and just change 24 hrs to 48 hrs and 72 hrs...nthing more...
