sir i have ordered philips trimmer with order id[protected] ..for that i have apply promo code pg50.i received product, at that time i request for cash back but it was not responding..i have try many times but it is notworking...while doing this by mistake i click on return ...due to this that return item this option is not remove and cash back option is not see...pand from thir service center no repla...pls help
