This is Neha Sharma, I had a Pay Tm account which is registered with my mobile number which is [protected] but due to some reason this mobile number is not working.so i am facing problem to sign in as the OTP number is only generating on Mobile number. I am not able to use that OTP as my number is not working thats why i requested Pay Tm to change my mobile number or snt OTP on my registered email i.d which is [protected]@yahoo.com. i mailed 13times for the same & had provide all documents whatever they are requested.I had complained on 6th November 2015 & today is 7th December 2015, but still i am not getting proper solution for the same. Generated ticket Number is[protected] Please do the needful for the same so i can use my Pay Tm wallet balance which is 605 Rs. Thanks & Regards, Neha Sharma Was this information helpful? | |||||
