Paytm — Stolen Rs 7980 From My Account

My Paytm account: [protected]@yahoo.com, got hacked and amount of Rs 7980 was stloen from the account . It was done with transaction ID : Paytm Cash Txn ID 63AEA72C6064C3B9(Rs 5000), 950BB2DF415D1CD1(Rs 2900) & C15C5CD972E6BC96(Rs 80).. The amount I have mentioned was transferred to some one account through 3 transactions.. I have contacted paytm they are no responses from them.. Waited for 3 days.. and finally they said they cant reverse the amount asked me to change the password.. Really it is unacceptable.. and without account holder knowledge how come amount can transfer to some one account.. I had a doubt whether paytm has stolen the amount.. Please solve this issue..
