Paytm — the money is debited from my account but not credit in company's accunt

I have paid the bill of Rs 1235 to mtnl delhi through paytm website on 29th april 2015 at 4:45 pm . This is the landline bill but unfortunately the amount of rs 1235 is not credited in mtnl delhi.
