Paytm — the prdoduct was not delivered and dont get refund

i ordered a led LG 32LB550A 80 cm (32) LED TV (HD Ready) on paytm order no[protected] on 30/03/2015 but on 19 apr when courior person come to me to deliver the product it was in broken condition so i refuse to take delivey but the paytm system was showing the product was deliverd but i never get the product as it was in broken condition now from the that day i already mailed so many complaints to customer care of paytm regarding the refund but till now i am now been satisfied . please help me whatever you can
