Paytm — The quantity ordered not received | |||
I had ordered 2 (two) packets of dog food each of 3 kgs.(Royal Canin German shepherd Junior) on 31.07.2015 for Rs. 3138/- in prepaid mode. The consignment was delivered on 07.08.2015, but after opening of outer cover it was found that only one packet delivered. The invoice on the outer cover showed 2 (two) quantities, but delivery made of only one quantity. I registered my complaint immediately at the given customer care email id, i.e., [protected]@paytm.com on 07.08.2015. They asked for pictures of the product and cover which I send them without any delay.Again on 08.08.2015 received a mail to wait for next 72 hours but they have not contacted me till 11.08.2015.
