Paytm — Ticket #[protected]: wrong product received

This is in reference to the order no.[protected]. We ordered “hero octane dtb alloy 21 speed adult bicycle-red (Size-26t)” on 3rd jan 2016 and we received the product on 07th jan 2016 around 6 pm. Unfortunately, we delivered with a wrong product. From that day onwards am follow-up with paytm customer care service and requested to arrange a return pickup for the product, but nothing works/positive from your end (Till now there are 57 chain emails, but still keep on postponing) this is highly unethical and unprofessional. Quick attention on this matter is very much appreciated.
