i booked a bus ticket to Chennai from Hyderabad through PAYTM for today. but due to some personal reason i wanted to cancel my ticket before six and a half hour to the journey time. which is 8:20 PM boarding time today.
i received the payment confirmation and ticket details from PAYTM and also received the procedure to cancel the ticket. ( my account>> my order>> bus ticket>> cancel option.
i tried to follow the same procedure but i did not get any option to cancel the ticket.
then i realized and tried to call the customer care number to the help. i tried every possible option in the customer care number they provided in their website.
shockingly, they do not have any option to speak to the phone banking officer.
i requested them through email from my PAYTM account but it will take 24 hours for them to help me with this issue.( as per their policies, the refund time is only 5 hours prior to the bus journey time which will be crossed until they get back to me)
the whole reason of this complaint is that there is no proper customer service either through phone or by email with an immediate response.
now i only request for the refund amount, since i am not travelling.
I have proof of my email which was sent to PayTM before 6;30 hours of journey time.
Please help me with the resolution and also keep me in this loop for further.
